Frankie Cole grew up in England before moving to the USA in the late 1980’s. He has been a successful fitness trainer for over a decade. Whether it is training professional athletes, teaching our fantastic classes, or just helping someone reach a personal fitness goal, Frankie Strives to help people achieve a higher level of fitness. It does not matter to Frankie whether you are just starting out or a fitness veteran.
A native of Lagos, Nigeria. Frankie grew up in England. He attended Newlands Preparatory in Seaford Sussex and then after his common entrance exams attended Cokethorpe School in Oxford England. Frankie moved to Colorado in the late 1980’s and worked in a family business while learning about life in the States. Frankie expanded his business acumen by opening and owning a successful grocery business for over eight years before turning his passion into a full time profession… Cole Fusion Fitness was born.
Frankie has always liked a physical challenge; playing rugby, soccer and cricket growing up then capturing the Mr. Colorado Natural Bodybuilding title in 1994. Be it tennis on the weekends or running a 6 minute mile around Washington Park, Frankie always pushes himself the same way that he pushes his clients. His favorite phrase is, “I can look as good as I want to look, but if you don’t look good as my client of mine, I don’t look good. It is a personal reflection on me.” This attitude has transformed many clients throughout his career. Frankie has been a successful fitness trainer for over a decade. Each personal training client is given an initial consultation including body fat analysis, nutrition planning, and a discussion about what their goals are. What do you need from your workouts?
